Scotland Wild Camp Cycle Tour May 09

I am off to Scotland for a tour of the North West from south Skye, round Applecross, then to the Rubha Reidh lighthouse, on to Loch Broom, Ullapool, Summer Isles and further, then East to take a train back home. I'll be on the sleeper as I live in Cambridge.
I'd welcome any recommendations for must see/stay camp spots, wild or other.
