Pregnant and want to know how far I can cycle

Hi, has anyone got any advice for a pregnant cycle tourer? I do a lot of cycling and my partner and I are (were) planning on riding from Istanbul to Warsaw in summer, however by then I'll be 6 months pregnant. I'd like to hear from anyone who has any knowledge or experience of riding decent distances when 5-6 mths pregnant. I don't want to not do the trip, but need some guidance on what's a reasonable distance to ride daily so we can make a feasible plan.
