Returning to cycle touring after a long gap I don't know where my old Greenspot jacket has gone, and it seems they are out of business. What do people recommend and use nowadays?
Cheers

Thanks Gary I have looked at Paramo's website and there is quite a selection. Any idea which model it is that you have found satisfactory?

I am afraid they no longer make the one I where however as guidance I would find your local stockest and try a few styles on ensure the coat is long in the back I choose light weight as you can put layers on in winter and still use the coat in summer. I strongly reccomend trying on at your stockest untill you find what is good for you it is a big investment I use mine for walking as well.

Thanks to all who helped. After much pondering and trying on of various gear I bought Altura Night Vision jacket and Rush trousers from my local cycle shop who gave me a very good discount. I'm almost looking forward to the rain!
