Help - Boxing bike for return Journey?

Hi I am planning my first ever proper cycle tour from Porto to Faro in Portugal. I am fine with bxing the bike and trailer up for the outbound journery but I am not sure what to do when I reach Faro. Could anybody help me on what the usual procedure is?
