This year's Lancashire Loop Cycle Challenge takes place on Sunday 29th September 2013 when we will once again be setting up our registration HQ at Cockerham Village Hall in the heart of Lancashire.
The 50 mile route hits you with a few hills to start off with but, once you're past the 30 mile point, it becomes a lot flatter and each year we have many inexperienced cyclists successfully complete the circuit. The 100 mile challenge is geared towards experienced cyclists as you will climb 5,000ft throughout the course.
Both routes are fully signed and on road and you will be supported by a team of back markers, minibuses, a medic and a bike mechanic should you encounter any problems. Refreshments are also available on the route as well as at the registration HQ - so why not arrange for family and friends to come and support you at the finish line as your very own cheering squad?!

MedEquip4kids are enhancing the care of children and the funds you have given will help us to do this. We aim to provide the best possible medical equipment and facilities for sick and injured children and babies.
In the last 12 months, MedEquip4Kids has supplied equipment to 71 separate hospitals, clinics or schools. We have provided equipment that will benefit an estimated 68,588 children and babies.
