Who's going and what are you going on? I think I'll make a change and use the same vehicle two years in a row. I'll go on my Trice again this year. I'll almost certainly be pitched with the "Fell Club" people so I'll drop my pitch number in when I know it and anybody is welcome to call for a yabber.

I'm hoping to make it this year for the first time. I haven't quite decided where or how yet, as I certainly won't have enough time to cycle all the way. I might cycle some of it and train the rest, but I'm not sure. I will be on Lily, my Galaxy. (Still waiting for a windfall so I can buy an Ice QNT! )

Don't wait for a windfall butterfly use your credit card once you've ridden an ice recumbent you will have a permanent grin. But I do still drag the Galaxy out from time to time its good to ride both. But the ice is great for touring and a great talking point as there are very few about.

You think it's bad now Butterfly? I was at York in 2004 and ICE were there.I had a play and was hooked! I bought a Trice Classic (The one withthe 26" back wheel) and have had two years of total joy from it. GO FOR IT!!!!!!

This all sounds like good advice to me you cant beat a recumbent its like a grown ups go kart and twice the fun whats more you get loads of respect on the road cars give a wide pass and every body turns there head most in wonder as to what they have seen one lady said to me that is really quite where is the engine to which I replied oh I keep it in my legs we laughed. Talk to the guys at ice They are very friendly and helpfull tell them your saw the add on touringcyclist web site they may give you a discount. Best of luck Gary
